National Lottery Open Week - 20% off admission to Romance to Realities

This National Lottery Open Week, we're saying #ThanksToYou with 20% off admission tickets to our current exhibition - Romance to Realities: The Northern Landscape and Shifting Identities with proof of purchase of a National Lottery ticket or scratch card. 

Every week, National Lottery players raise over £30 million for good cause projects, like ours. That's why we’re pleased to be taking part in National Lottery Open Week, which celebrates the contribution of National Lottery players in supporting good causes over the past 29 years. 

To thank National Lottery players for their support, we will be offering 20% off admission to Romance to Realities: The Northern Landscape and Shifting Identities from Saturday 15 March to Saturday 22 March. Anyone who presents any National Lottery ticket (digital or physical), scratchcard, or Instant Win Game on these dates will be able to take up this special offer. The National Lottery supports good cause projects in the areas of arts, education, environment, health, heritage, sport, and community. Romance to Realities: The Northern Landscape and Shifting Identities includes works by early pioneers of British landscape art such as John Knox, Alexander Nasmyth, and John Martin through to modern and contemporary works by Anne Redpath, L.S. Lowry, and Joan Eardley. 

This exhibition is organised in collaboration with The Fleming Collection and will bring together works from what is considered the finest collection of Scottish art outside public institutions with paintings from the Laing's outstanding permanent collection.

• North East Museums will be taking part in National Lottery Open Week with a special offer, as detailed above, to National Lottery players who provide proof of purchase. 
• This offer will run on 15 March and 17-22 March.
• Booking in advance is not required.
• Offer redeemable by: maximum of 2 discount tickets per ticket or scratch card.
• All National Lottery games (including National Lottery draw-based games and National Lottery scratch cards) purchased in store and online/via app qualify to redeem this offer. 
• Proof of purchase of a National Lottery game can be either a hard copy ticket or digital.
• The date of draw or purchase is not relevant.
