Functions, meetings, training courses and seminars
The Laing Art Gallery provides a beautiful city centre venue for events in Newcastle. The whole gallery is available to hire as a venue for social functions, drinks receptions and corporate events. Alternatively, you can hire a smaller space such as our restaurant or Marble Hall for an event.
Our temporary exhibition spaces can be hired for exclusive events, with a guided tour, wine and the option of canapés or a three course meal.
Meetings, training courses and seminars
The gallery has a self-contained Function Room available for hire. Our location in Newcastle city centre and the Function Room's setting in the heart of the venue makes it an ideal space for meetings, training courses and seminars.
We have the following equipment available in our function room:
- Projector and screen
- Flipcharts, pads and pens
- Lectern with mic and pa system
Special daytime offers
The self-contained Function Room can now be hired from 9:30am – 4:30pm, Monday to Friday for only £100 +VAT. For all other hire times and prices, please get in touch.
